Com. Chhitiz (Srijan) was a founding central committee member of the CPB (MLM), the great and glorious party of the Bhutanese down trodden people. It is due to his selfless contribution that the party has been able to make the strong base in some part of the countryside. But, unfortunately he got martyrdom in the Kharbandi incident, near phuentsholing, at the time of initiation, on 4th July 2008.He has been highly honored and declared as "The first martyr of the People's War in Bhutan" by the party.
